Add changing the light over the front door, came back the next day to replace the busted cheap builder installed flood lights that never worked. My wife and I have used their services multiple times, since we bought our home in Sun City in Fort Mill SC.Thomas and Paola, as well as Joe (Owner), have done excellent work, at our home. They always do the work correctly, without taking shortcuts. I trust them always. Their pricing is always FAIR. They DO NOT CHARGE A MINIMUM to come to your home, like other companies. We used them to replace a couple of lighting fixtures about a month ago. Their price was reasonable and they were able to give me a price over the phone vs sending someone out first to charge me for the quote. I called them again today regarding something with our doorbell, and they were very transparent about what an electrician could vs couldn’t do. Fair and honest people, we will continue using them for our electricity needs.

Our outside outlets were not working. I was worried about who to call. I looked up several local electricians in the Fort Mill area and decided to call Pyramid. I left a message and someone called me back promptly. The electrician asked me several questions on the phone like, “did you check if your breaker is tripped,” and, “did you check if the GFI needs to be reset.” That made me feel comfortable because I knew he was trying to save having to pay the service fee if I didn’t really need him to come out. He showed up on time on the date we agreed. I showed him my situation and he got right to work. He was quick and the cost was reasonable. I highly recommend Pyramid Electrical Service.

Being new to the area we weren’t prepared how many people we called and they never returned our call or didn’t show up. These guys actually answered the phone! Showed up and did an excellent job installing our induction oven. Highly recommend!

I don’t ordinarily leave reviews for any business. However, my recent experience with Pyramid Electric, Joe the owner and Thomas his electrician who performed the service and installation was such a positive experience, I feel I should. Joe responded to my initial voicemail quickly and scheduled a visit to my home within a day or two. At that visit he offered several suggestions for my problems and gave me a proposal and price. I accepted his proposal and he said he would schedule the work and get back to me in a day or so. He did and a couple of days later the work was satisfactorily completed. Thomas his electrician, arrived 30 minutes early and was friendly, funny, fast, professional and neat as a pin. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I will call Joe again if I ever need electrical work of any kind. I am truly a satisfied customer.

We were told by our internet company that the internal coaxial wiring was bad and that we would need to have it replaced before they could get us back online. Pyramid Electric came out to give us a quote and was able to help us figure out what the real issue was. We were able to get our internet back online without having to spend hundreds of dollars rewiring the house. I called Joe on Tuesday, and he put us first on the docket on the following day. They diagnosed my problem –a bad outlet –and replaced it. The guys were super friendly and professional. Assuredly I would highly recommend Pyramid Electric!

Called and walked my husband through the quick fix. Was extremely honest, and didn’t charge though they could have! We will be using them again!

One of the breakers went bad in our panel. Joe was friendly, professional and efficient in addressing the issue and installing the new breaker. We will definitely give Joe a call for our future electrical needs.

Joe, provided me with excellent service in a time of great need. He was able to quickly diagnose a major problem we had with the power to our home. We had one line feed into our home that was bad, and was affecting all of the circuits throughout the house. Since this was after- hours he told us exactly what we needed to do to get it resolved ASAP. He save us a ton of money and days without power.

I spoke to Joe over the phone about some of my electrical needs. You can immediately hear in how he talks to you, that he has a genuine interest in the customer’s needs and not in the customer’s pockets. Joe gave me an honest assessment and recommendation to what I really needed an explained where my thoughts were in the right place and where it wasn’t worth investing in. I had a minor issue due to a power outage. Out of 5 electricians that I called, Joe was the only one that called me back and continued to call me back until we were able to connect. I work an odd schedule, and Joe offered to come out the next morning at 7am. He was on time and worked quickly to find and fix the problem. I would use his services again and recommend his company to anyone in the area.
